Applicability of exterior walls reflective thermal insulation to energy efficient buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone

Analyses the relations between the outdoor solar temperature and the solar radiation absorption coefficient in the three typical cities of Chongqing, Wuhan and Shanghai in hot summer and cold winter zone, obtains the influence of reflective thermal insulation of exterior walls of respective direction on the annual energy consumption of the building. Applies the DOE-2 software to simulation of the energy saving effect of exterior walls reflective thermal insulation, and discusses the function of this insulating measure to compensate the insufficient thermal inertial of lightweight energy efficient exterior walls.
